Vietnamese Crispy Spring Rolls

fried spring rolls filled with chicken, pork, carrot, glass noodles and shitake mushrooms served with mint, cilantro, lettuce and Nuoc Mam sauce

Appetizer

Thai Shrimp Salad

shrimp, red grapefruit, mint, cilantro, red onions and spring onions tossed with a lemon-soy dressing and sprinkled with crushed roasted rice

Entrées

Salmon Red Curry

grilled salmon covered in thai red curry, topped with kaffir lime leaf and served with steamed rice

Lemongrass Skewers

grilled beef skewers in a lemongrass marinade served with Nuoc Mam sauce, crushed roasted peanuts, fresh herbs and steamed rice

Dessert

special dessert served with homemade green tea ice cream

Price $85/u$25. Sodas, Hot Teas, Coffee and Mineral Water are included in the four-course menu. Reservations only (16 guests per evening). Upon making reservation, confirm your entrée choice.
